Receptionist is very rude Always takes over 30 mins on the phone to get through Last visit doctor didn't even want to look at my damaged limb !! Very, very poor service

Positive changes seen this morning: decluttered patient waiting area, seating better positioned - the area now feels airy and light and you can actually see the screens. A bonus this morning was that the LCD TVs were on with information for patients to read. I was in for a routine appointment with one of the practice nurses. Terri was professional, empathetic and friendly such a difference from previous visits! She is a great asset to the practice! Well done to all with the changes implemented so far - keep up the good work!

I find it almost impossible to obtain an appointment by telephone, so I have to visit the surgery itself to do so. Once at the surgery the staff, including nurses, doctors and reception staff are friendly and helpful. There is almost a constant queue at the reception desk, so I would imagine the reception staff simply do not have the time to answer the phone. If they could sort out this issue, I believe it would be a good surgery.
